Overview
By using Sanad’s SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to service invitations, and one-time passwords (OTP). Message frequency may vary.
User Registration & Phone Verification
- To create an account, users must provide a valid phone number. A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent via Twilio to verify ownership.
- Secure Login Authentication: Each login requires a unique OTP sent via Twilio SMS. Users must enter the OTP to verify their identity and access their account.
- User Invitations: Sanad Foundation sends SMS invitations only when initiated by an existing registered user.

User Consent – Opt-In
You must have permission from each Recipient before you send any Messages to such Recipient through the service. If you do not have permission to send Messages to a Recipient, you must not send any Messages through the service to such Recipient.
Sanad Foundation follows strict compliance standards regarding user consent for SMS messages. Sanad encourages verbal consent for SMS invitations between Users. Below is how this process works:
Verbal Consent Among Users
Inviter:
“Hey [Invitee]! I’ve been using this awesome app called Sanad—it’s a community-driven platform to Give directly, impact personally, trust fully. I really think you’ll love it and find it super helpful!
I’d like to send you a quick text invite with more details. All you need to do is reply YES to join, or STOP if it’s not for you. Does that sound good?”
Invitee – If They Agree:
“Yes, please!”
Inviter – Confirmation When They Agree:
“Awesome! I’ll send the invite text right away. Just reply YES when you get it to confirm your enrollment. I’m really excited for you to experience how Sanad can make a difference!”
Invitee – If They Decline:
“No, thanks, I’m not interested.”
Inviter – Response If They Decline:
“Totally understand! If you ever change your mind or want to learn more about how Sanad could help, just let me know. I’m here for you!”
Opting Out & Unsubscription
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with “STOP”. Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation SMS, after which you will no longer receive messages from us.

Message & Data Rates
- Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received.
- These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your specific mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your messaging or data charges.
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
